Your membership will continue and automatically renew until you cancel. You must have a reliable internet connection to access the Service. All content is provided on a streaming-only basis—downloads are not permitted.

3. Anti-Piracy. All materials appearing throughout ImproviseForReal.com, other than public domain material and electronic messages, are the copyrighted property of Improvise for Real LLC, David Reed, Mireia Clua, or those credited as providers. These materials are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use, and except as expressly permitted in this Agreement may not be copied, redistributed or used in any way, in whole or part, without prior written consent. With your membership you are agreeing that you will not share your account, sell, redistribute, copy, plagiarize, or otherwise infringe upon the copyright of this material. Your membership is for your individual use only and may not be shared with others.

4. Money-Back Guarantee. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you join. If you are not completely satisfied with your membership within the first 30 days, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Simply contact us at support@ImproviseForReal.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. By purchasing a membership you are agreeing not to abuse this refund policy, and to request a refund only if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of our service. Our policy is to trust in the honesty of our customers and to grant all refunds requested during the 30-day period without exception. After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for unused time on monthly or yearly memberships.

5. Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting your Account Settings or by contacting us at support@ImproviseForReal.com. When you cancel, you will not be charged again and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

6. Improvise for Real is offered “As-Is.” The Improvise for Real method is a set of ideas and practices proposed by its creators, David Reed and Mireia Clua. They are an honest reflection of the authors’ personal beliefs and experience. But they are subjective in nature and are not to be considered as legal or professional advice. You should evaluate each idea on its own merits and decide for yourself whether to accept or reject it. These ideas and practices are presented for your consideration, for personal educational and entertainment purposes only. Our commitment to you is to share with you the knowledge, attitudes and practices that have helped the authors and their students to enjoy studying and creating music. But we cannot guarantee that you will achieve your own personal musical goals with our method.
